Accommodation
Some hotels are within walking distance to the Congress Center. Every other hotel is connected to the Congress Center by a tram or bus line. The rates are per room/night, including breakfast . You will be informed about the booking and sent confirmation about the exact details as soon as the booking process is completed. Important notice: Changes of any kind or cancellation made after the reservation will be charged with a compensation of EUR 15.–. The terms and conditions of the hotel are valid as given in your confirmation of booking. The invoice has to be paid directly at the hotel. In case of no-show, the hotel could charge a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the total amount.
