This course builds on basic implantology skills for treatments in the esthetic zone. This course is intended for implantologists who want to learn a proven esthetic restorative procedures.
After completing this course, you will be able to:
- know the 3-dimensional ideal implant position in the esthetic zone
- apply soft tissue grafting techniques
- use different suturing techniques
- use immediate temporary restorations for emergence profile development
- know the use of roll flaps for second stage surgeries
Theory: Classroom lecture
You will learn the background and the development of their esthetic restorative procedures. Soft tissue enhancement is explained with presentations and clinical case documentations. An important part is the design and application of immediate temporary restorations. Predictable outcomes can be defined with their workflow.
Hands-on workshop: Pig-ear and pig-jaw exercises
In this module, you are able to transfer the learned theory, under the supervision of the two speaker, into a practical exercise with CAMLOG implants, quality instruments and materials.
Live surgery: Live surgery with HD video and live comment transfer to the lecture room
This module gives you a live insight into a standard case with second stage surgery, roll flap design and immediate temporalization on day one, and a complicated esthetic case with implant treatment and GBR in the esthetic zone on day two. One lecturer will be in the room to answer any questions.
