With the CONELOG® Abutments, customized esthetic bridge restorations can be fabricated.
A screw-retained temporary bridge restoration is performed with temporary abutments made of titanium alloy of the bridge version. To compensate implant axis divergences, the abutments are not equipped with a tapered implant-abutment connection. The abutments can be veneered directly with plastic.
CONELOG® bar abutments can be supplied with occlusal screw-retained bridge restorations. The bar abutments, including the associated prosthetic components, consist of prefabricated components precisely matched to one another. The bar abutments, which are color-coded based on the implant diameters, are available in straight and 17° and 30° angled versions as well as in various gingival heights. For the fabrication of bridge restorations, the options available for bases for bar abutments include burn-out (can be shortened, POM), cast-on (can be shortened, castable gold alloy), and a titanium bonding base with bar sleeve for Passive-Fit (can be shortened, titanium alloy/POM). A plastic bridge can be fabricated with titanium caps, bridge for bar abutment.
17° and 30° angled CONELOG® bar abutments are available for bridging large implant axis divergences. Where bone supply is reduced and anatomical structures are unfavorably placed for implantation, the implants can be aligned distally and an appropriate prosthetic restoration can be created. This ensures optimum use of the bone supply.
CONELOG® Titanium bases CAD/CAM of the bridge version act as bonding base for customized bridge constructions made from suitable materials. Digital recording of the implant or lab analog positions is performed with CONELOG® Scanbodies. Fabrication of the bridge construction is performed with CAD technology. The geometries of the titanium bases are filed in a CAD library at www.camlog.com under Digital Technology. To compensate implant axis divergences in case of primary splinting, the titanium bases CAD/CAM for bridges are not equipped with a Tube-in-Tube® Implant-abutment connection.
