42 CAMLOG ® SCREW-LINE IMPLANT SURGICAL PROCEDURE CAMLOG ® HEALING CAP BOTTLENECK In esthetically challenging areas, the treatment outcome can be optimized by using CAMLOG ® Healing caps, bottleneck. The coronally tapered cross- cut enables soft-tissue generation during healing. After 3–4 weeks (and before the final organization of the elastic fibers) a CAMLOG ® Healing cap cylindrical is screwed in. No tissue should be ex- cised. The tissue is coronally suppressed and thereby forms a papilla-like structure. The impression is taken once the peri-implant soft tissue has stabilized.
