In order to achieve a satisfying final esthetic out- come, it is necessary to also restore the distal as- pects of the central incisors and the right-hand first premolar. Metal-ceramic restorations are chosen for the implant restorations because of mechanical reasons, porcelain-laminate veneers for the other teeth for a conservative approach.
