25 CAMLOG ® SCREW-LINE IMPLANT Tapping in the upper region of the implant bed TAPPING All CAMLOG ® SCREW-LINE implants come with a self-tapping thread. Use of a tap is recommended for bone quality categories 1* and 2*. The maximum speed must not exceed 15 rpm when performing power- assisted tapping. We recommend manual tapping. Tap SCREW-LINE, with hexagon, max. 15 rpm Ø 3.3 mm Ø 3.8 mm Ø 4.3 mm Ø 5.0 mm Ø 6.0 mm Locked torque wrench Manual tapping is performed with tap adapters for the tap SCREW- LINE and the locked torque wrench. Make sure to pay attention to the axial di- rection of the implant bed when inserting and removing the tap. The limit for insertion of the tap is the upper edge of the cutting blade.
